   I got this error for the starting time time some hours agone while trying to open a pdf file.

   As before long as I do something like this pops up Deplorable my computer is in Castilian:

   

   Notwithstanding I have checked that information technology also occurs trying to open another programs similar Steam or trying to save some files interestingly enough, it allowed me to save this screenshot but not the pdf files that I need for my Master's caste.

   I've spent hours looking for a solution and I always run into the aforementioned proposition:turn off Controlled Folder Access from Windows Security settings. However, that did non work for me. I couldn't fifty-fifty admission that option at first because I was using AVG instead of Windows Defender and was forced to uninstall AVG for me to be possible to interact with that option.

   I desire to search a binder for filenames that comprise the discussion "Committee". When in File Explorer, I type "Committee" into the Search field and hit enter. It finds (highlights in yellow) files that start with "Committee" but non the ones where "Committee"
   is embedded in the file proper name. For example:

   • "Committee-Mission-Roles-and-Responsibilities" = finds information technology and highlights "Committee" in yellow
   • "19510701ListClubCommitteesReportDirectorsBW" = Lists this file but does not highlight "Committee" in xanthous
   • "20150526MinutesBoard" = Lists this file because the discussion "Committee" is in the text of the file.

   Is there a way to do a search that lists merely filenames that contain the word "Committee"? I don't want files listed if the word "Committee" is not function of the filename.

   Hello at that place, I have tried to save certificate files and it gives me an mistake proverb, "File non found. Check the filename and try once again."

   I install programs and I receive an error maxim that the shortcut cannot be made as the filename does not exist.

   This started a few days agone.

   A couple of days agone, I had changed my account name to "B". But it seems my user proper name is something else, equally it remained as "A".

   So I changed my account name back to "A", merely the above filename issue remains.

   My computer has only i user, which is also the ambassador.
